Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2026. These Terms govern your use of WUSA Connect and the Travel eSIM products sold through it.

1. Who we are

WUSA Connect is operated by WellMaxUSA LLC ("WellMaxUSA", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, EIN on file. Registered address: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Contact: support@wellmaxusa.com.

2. The service

We resell prepaid mobile data services (eSIM data plans) provided by upstream telecommunications partners ("Providers"). Plans are delivered electronically as a digital eSIM profile (QR code or activation code) within seconds of payment confirmation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. By purchasing, you confirm you meet these requirements and that the destination data plan is intended for lawful personal use during your trip.

4. Orders, payment, and pricing

5. Delivery

Delivery is electronic and instant. Your QR code is shown on the confirmation page and emailed to the address you provide. If the email is not received, check your spam folder or visit My eSIMs to retrieve it.

6. Activation, validity, and consumption

7. Refunds

8. Compatibility and your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked. We provide compatibility guidance at /help; we cannot refund a plan purchased for an incompatible device. We are not responsible for issues caused by jailbroken/rooted devices, third-party MDM profiles, or use in countries not covered by the plan.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to bulk SMS/calls, network abuse, machine-to-machine usage beyond personal travel, or resale without written permission.

10. Service availability

We do our best to maintain 24/7 availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Coverage at the destination depends on Provider partners and local network conditions. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by upstream networks, local outages, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any plan is limited to the amount paid for that plan. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Intellectual property
